Cat camera with your old phone.

Cats go their own way. With Peekami you see live whether your cat is sleeping, eating or exploring the flat, and you listen in. A device you already own films, your phone shows video and audio.

What Peekami can do for your cat.

  • For long days and trips

Whether it’s a working day or a weekend trip: as long as the camera device is running, you can check in whenever you like and see in the history when something happened.

  • Feeding spot and favourite corner

Place the camera where your cat eats or sleeps. Two devices, one pairing code, done.

  • Alerts instead of constant watching

The camera device reports loud sounds locally. No animal recognition, no clips, no video archive.

You need two devices. One of them is probably in a drawer.

  1. Install

Install Peekami on both devices. You don’t need an account or even an email address.

  2. Pair

The camera device shows a code. Type it in on the other device or scan the QR code.

  3. Set it down

Put the camera device where it can see the favourite spot. Plug in the charger, leave the app open. That’s it.

Questions people often ask.

Does the cat camera work in low light?

Peekami uses the camera of the device you set up. In low light it shows what that device camera can capture; there is no night vision. A small lamp in the room often helps more than a new camera.

Can I talk to my cat through the camera?

Yes. Activate the microphone in the live view and your voice comes out of the camera device’s speaker. Whether your cat appreciates it is up to your cat.

How long can I watch at a time?

With an active annual subscription, you can watch for longer. Keep the camera app open and the device awake, ideally plugged in.

Which devices can I use?

Peekami is available for iPhone, iPad, Android, Mac and Windows. You pair using a shared code, and you decide which device films and which one watches.

What does Peekami cost?

Try free for 7 days, then €15.69 per year. Renews automatically each year. Manage and cancel in the store. Trial available only to eligible store accounts; the offer shown in the app applies.
